    • hard boiled eggs for breakfast, with a shake
    • eating every 4 hours (large enough meals to sustain until then)
    • gallons of green tea, gallons of water
    • set cheat days, no alcohol
    • positive attitude accompanied by determination and faith

  10. Europe gave me 9.5 pounds.

    Much less intimidating that 10:)! But weight to lose none-the-less. I am so back on it. Working out, eating right (4 hour body, of course), and feeling great! let’s do this.

  11. well well well..look who’s back

    I have been traveling Europe and Israel for nearly four months. You can only imagine what this has done to my body- but I did it before and I can do it again! This trip has been the most life changing experience- I’d say it was worth every pound gained. 

    In three days, I will be back home..and I am determined to kick my ass’ ass back into shape! 

    Here is the newest edition to my body :) The reward I was working toward over Summer.

    Now..let’s do this, shall we?! Skinny Christmas, here we come!
